Great value and performance at this price level. The Shakespeare Cedar Canyon Summit fly rods are all 4 piece for easy transportation and come in a protective cloth covered carry tube. The slim and lightweight carbon rod blanks make these fly rods easy to cast and a pleasure to use.

The Cedar Canyon Summit fly rods are amazingly well specified for the price.

- 4 piece carbon rod blanks (with a matt, low flash finish)
- Quality cork handles
- Titanium Oxide Stripper rings
- Stainless steel single leg guides (greyed to reduce flash)
- Engraved aluminium screw-up reel seats (grey anodised finish)
- Keeper ring
- Smart and professional colour scheme (varnished black whippings with copper contrasting stripes).
- Cloth covered carry tube for protection and convenience.

VERSIONS

All the Cedar Canyon Summit fly rods are all 4 piece,

- 8' #4 fly rod: full wells handle - Ideal light river rod
- 9' #5 fly rod: full wells handle - Good nymphing rod for stillwater and river fishing
- 9' #6 fly rod: full wells handle - All round rod for rivers and stillwater fishing
- 9' #8 fly rod: full wells handle - Good for heavier flies and larger fish.

OUR OPINION

The Shakespeare Cedar Canyon Summit fly rods show a great deal of thought has gone into their design. They look very smart and the matt rod blank and grey metal fixings are a great way to avoid spooking the fish.

Four piece rods are extremely convenient for carrying around and the protective rod tube is also well thought out. The carry tube these rods come with has space for the reel as well making it easy to pack away and store your rod ready for the next time.
